Synopsis
The story focuses on the Gatchaman, a group of superheroes, who protect earth. The series also focuses on the question on what it means to be a hero.
Tachikawa, Japan, is a "second metropolis" of Tokyo, protected by the Gatchaman, warriors who fight in special reinforced suits powered by the manifestation of their spiritual powers called NOTE. When the energetic and cheerful Hajime Ichinose becomes their newest member, the Gatchaman must deal with Berg Katze, an enigmatic alien creature bent on destroying Earth just like it did with several other planets in the past.

กัทช่าแมน (Gatchaman) หรือ ทีม G จะได้รับมอบหมายภารกิจให้จัดการกับองค์กรลึกลับที่เรียกว่า “MESS”
อิจิโนเสะ ฮาจิเมะ เด็กสาวนักเรียนม.ปลาย อายุ 16 ปี ผู้มีความกระกระตือรือร้น เธอได้พบกับผีดูดเลือดมนุษย์ต่างดาวผิวดำแปลกหน้าคนหนึ่ง ฮาจิเมะได้รับโน้ตบุคจากเขา ซึ่งสามารถเปลี่ยนเธอให้เป็น กัทช่าแมน ได้ และมอบหมายให้มีหน้าที่ต่อสู้กับมนุษย์ต่างดาวลึกลับที่รู้จักกันว่า “MESS” ในรูปของแบบรูบิท
